The Fireplace Inn
The Historical Fireplace Inn in Interlochen, Michigan was originally called “The Faun Club”.
It was built in the prohibition days and frequented by the likes of Al Capone and his notorious gang.
The Fireplace Inn has a strong music background, even today during its rennovation, musicians are attracted to the place for unknown reasons.
Proprietor, Molly Richardson, shared this story with me the other day.
One late summer day two men from Chicago drove up to the front door. They looked puzzled. I greeted them at the door and asked if I could help.
